A flavorful spaghetti sauce, cooked in the crockpot. Spaghetti sauce ingredients include Italian sausage, prepared spaghetti sauce, Parmesan cheese, and chopped onions and peppers. Cook Time: 5 hours Total Time: 5 hours Ingredients:
Place sausage in skillet and cover in water. Simmer 10 minutes; drain. Meanwhile, place all remaining ingredients in the crockpot. Cut Italian sausage into large chunks and add to the pot; cover and cook on LOW 4 to 5 hours. Increase to HIGH and cook 1 hour longer. Serve sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle with more Parmesan cheese, if desired.
